He has extensive hands-on experience in developing technical operations, supporting international customers, commissioning biometric access-control systems and helping organisations deploy secure, scalable technology.
Before establishing Core Guard Group, Dwayne held senior technical leadership responsibilities across the United Kingdom, United States and Ireland. His experience includes building technical departments, supporting installer networks, delivering customer training and managing complex access-control integrations.
