Choose the Right Level of Support

Three clear routes, from a single fault through to ongoing technical oversight. We will confirm scope and commercial details with you directly.

SLA Support Agreement

For customers who need help with a specific fault, configuration issue or technical requirement. This may include remote support, site attendance, fault diagnosis and corrective work.

Planned Maintenance Contract

Scheduled maintenance visits and technical support designed to improve system reliability and reduce unexpected failures. The agreement can be tailored to the customer's sites, equipment and operational requirements.

Managed Technical Support

Ongoing support for organisations that need regular system administration, troubleshooting, reporting and technical oversight. This may include remote monitoring, user administration, system reviews, vendor coordination and agreed response arrangements.

A Clear Support Process

  1. 1

    Report the Issue

The customer submits the system, site, fault description and business impact through the support portal or an approved support channel.

  2. 2

    Initial Assessment

Core Guard Group reviews the issue, confirms the system involved and determines whether remote support or a site visit is required.

  3. 3

    Diagnose and Resolve

Our technical team investigates the fault, restores operation where possible and records the work completed.

  4. 4

    Recommend Next Steps

Where additional equipment, replacement parts, upgrades or integration work are required, the customer receives a clear recommendation and quotation.

  5. 5

    Ongoing Protection

Customers can move from reactive support to a planned maintenance or managed-support agreement.

We Can Assess Systems Installed by Other Providers

Support is not limited to systems installed by Core Guard Group. If your existing installer is unavailable, your system is unreliable or your organisation has inherited an ageing security environment, Core Guard Group can conduct an initial assessment.

We will identify the equipment, review the current condition and recommend whether the system should be repaired, supported, integrated or replaced in phases.
